Weekly one-on-one private virtual coaching sessions

A deep dive into you, including but not limited to:

  • Identifying triggers and stressors that lead to unhelpful emotional eating habits such as deprivation and binge eating

  • Discovering ways to easily incorporate nutritious foods into your daily routine

  • Untangling a lifetime of poor messaging that’s lead to false beliefs about food

  • Uncovering roadblocks that may be stopping you from developing healthier habits that are aligned with your values

  • Practicing positive self-talk and eliminating any guilt, shame, or feeling of defeat you may have from failed attempts in the past

  • Regaining confidence, energy, and a sense of ease when making daily decisions

  • Learning how to eat intuitively and tune-in to your body’s cues

  • Tracking tangible changes periodically throughout the weeks that have had a positive effect on your progress

Individualized coaching plan that is relevant to your specific challenges and geared towards sustainable improvements

Assignments and self-work that will hold you accountable and promote growth

24/7 email access in between sessions for additional support
